This is a listing for the owners of the HP Laserjet P3015 series printer where you are having fuser issues where you hear crunching noises in the fuser “heater” area of your printer.  Typically you will find that when the fuser sleeve is damaged, this 1mm thin teflon sleeve will sound like paper crunching as it turns inside.  Sometimes little flakes of the teflon coating come out as it prints pages.  Symptoms also include the paper as it comes out of the fuser exit area will not properly fuse to the printer and you will be able to smear it off the page.  Sometimes the fuser sleeve will smear the paper print before it comes out as well.
To test that your fuser film is badly damaged please do a 1/2 page test.  This may take a few attempts but it is not difficult to do.  Simply press the button on the front panel for a test print.  When the paper goes into the printer to print, just as the paper disappears about 1″ past you seeing it leaving view, unplug your printer and then open the toner access door and remove the toner cartridge.  Inspect the paper with the toner print on the page “prefused”.  If the page looks great, you know the fuser is the area that has the problems.

many of us really need something so much faster for what we print?  These older printers are built better, have
less expensive toners which results in major cost savings for you!
Many sellers out there trying to compete for your
business offer prices that are very low but they are selling inferior quick to
fail junk parts, many of these parts are considered grade B or C.  When you have only a 30 day warranty, even
the junk parts can survive that time period. 
When you realize in 3 months that cheap part that saved you a dollar has
you wasting more time dealing with the issue again, you will appreciate these
