24 Brass straight razor washers / collars, " Solingen type" pack

For sale 24 solid brass washers/ collars for straight razor restoration , ” Solingen type”.
These washers measure  3,5  mm( little over 1/8 “) outside diameter, 1.60 mm ( 1/16” ) inside diameter and around 0,7 mm mm thickness. 
Small  chamfer/countersink was made also.
The listing contains:
2 brass rod in 1/16″ diameter, 10 cm (  aprox 4 inch) long
24 brass collars , ” Solingen ” model
12 brass sheet  washers, 7mm OD ( little over 1/4″), 2mm ID( little over 1/16″) , 0,2mm thick.
The item will be delivered in a letter envelope, no insurance.
Update on shipping.
The shipping to Europe will take around 2 to 3 weeks ( up to one month sometime, unfortunately ), while shipping to USA will take around 5 to 6 weeks. Fastest traveling package arrived to New York( to an NY customer )  in 11 days, while the laziest took 20 days to travel from New York to Grand Rapids, Michigan, with USPS.
Also, US customs sometime can hold the package for for an undetermined number of days.
